I bought my Travel Scoot from you about six years ago. The round on/off button has stopped working properly. I need a replacement. I see that it is out of stock. Dear Richard, the common process to see if an item is broken by wrong production (that is warranty then) or by wrong treatment (that is no warranty then) is if you send us the broken item. Then we check it and if the switch is not working without external influences we will exchange it for free and refund standard postal costs. If the item has a tangled or injured cable for example it is caused by external treatment and no warranty. You may even order this item in the first step and send back the broken item following when you exchanged it. We will rate it the same way concerning warranty..
