Stay a bicycle but have a electric powered engine on board! With the supported versions up to 25 km/h you stay a bicycle by legal aligenment. You don´t need a helmet, no insurence and full freedom with a Pedelec!

Helmet required since 2013, bike path only out of town. Use of the road allowed outside; i.e. no bike path outside ... which can be very time-saving for commuters and speed riders. Drivers license at least PKW class 3 or B or a moped driving license class M from 16 years, compulsory insurance per insurance label = small moped sign ~ € 70, - per year.
