Is it possible to have the controller programmed to the MAXIMUM speed possible rather than speed limited to 6km/h

Dear Peter,

yes, this is possible up to ~ 9 km/h but you need to fill out a form before that this vehicle and programming will restrict the use of the TravelScoot following to private ground/areas and that using the TravelScoot with 9 km/h will lead to higher risk.

Text on the form: I was informed that the maximal speed limit of over 6 km/h might not cope with the regulär laws and thus it might be forbidden to use the scooter on public areas at all. I am aware that the higher speedlimit leads to a higher accident risk. I am very familiär with the scooter and will not get in trouble due to the higher speed and I will not hurt passangers with the scooter and use it only on privat ground if the laws require that.

If you fill out and confirm this text we can programm it to 9 km/h.

Dear, we are out of stock and new control units for TravelScoot Deluxe will be available by end of April. Control units for Deluxe Junior models (that have a shorter cable) are on stock.
